Angola

The Angola Internationalisation Committee of the CAC aims to promote institutional arbitration in Angola, encouraging the use of the CAC's rules. In fact, the CAC Arbitration Rules are some of the most up-to-date in the market, containing innovative solutions that promote the transparency and speed of the arbitration process, as well as the efficiency of the work to be carried out by the arbitrators. If we consider the fact that commercial relations between Angola and Portugal are particularly intense, we easily understand that these contracts can include arbitration clauses that refer the resolution of disputes arising from them to the CAC Arbitration Rules, benefiting from all the inherent advantages.

The members of the CAC's Angola Internationalisation Committee act as arbitrators and arbitration lawyers, and are seriously committed to the promotion of arbitration in Angola and the promotion of best professional practice.

We are available to work with all colleagues who believe that arbitration is the most appropriate way to resolve disputes of a commercial nature, promoting the dynamisation of business activity in Angola.
We are together!
