The Angolan Bar Association and the Commercial Arbitration Center are promoting, for the first time, the Arbitration Congress in Angola – OAA-CAC, a reference event that aims to establish Angola as a relevant jurisdiction in the field of arbitration and strengthen the arbitration legal culture in the Portuguese-speaking space.
The Congress will take place on July 17, 2025, at the Palace of Justice in Luanda. It will feature the participation of approximately two dozen national and international speakers, all recognised experts in the fields of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Over the course of a day of intensive work, four central thematic panels on contemporary arbitration will be discussed, addressing practical issues, emerging challenges, and perspectives for evolution in national, regional, and international contexts.
