On 15 May 2026, APA Arbitration Day 2026, organised by the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA), will take place at Cuatrecasas, Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, no. 6, in Lisbon. This year’s edition marks the 20th anniversary of the APA.
The programme will begin with the Association’s General Assembly, scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
At 10:00 a.m., the Round Table commemorating the APA’s 20th anniversary will take place, moderated by Pedro Metello de Nápoles, with contributions from José Miguel Júdice, Luís Lima Pinheiro and Robin de Andrade. This will be followed by the APA Award Ceremony.
From 11:30 a.m., the round table “Energy Arbitration in Portugal: challenges and opportunities in a sector in transition” will take place, moderated by Ricardo Saraiva and Rute Alves, with the participation of Filipe Vaz Pinto, Manuel Protásio and Marta Almeida Afonso.
The event will conclude with a lunch, scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
