The Commercial Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CAC-CCIP) invites you to participate in the European inquiry on conflict mediation.
The 2nd round of the European study «Rebooting Mediation – Global Edition», promoted by the Dialogue Through Conflict Foundation (DTC) and the ICFML, is taking place in Portugal. The initiative aims to update the landscape of the use of mediation in civil and commercial disputes across Europe and the United Kingdom.
The survey is aimed at arbitrators and other professionals linked to alternative dispute resolution.
Your participation is relevant and will help to:
- Provide concrete recommendations to the Ministry of Justice and the European Commission with Portuguese data.
- Create an empirical basis for public policies that benefit citizens, companies and courts.
