The Commercial Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry joins in promoting the Postgraduate Program in International Arbitration, International Mediation and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). This course is developed in partnership with ICFML – the Certification and Training Institute for Lusophone Mediators, with the institutional support of APA – the Portuguese Arbitration Association, and is scheduled to begin on January 19, 2026.
This Postgraduate Program, the first of its kind in Portugal, stands out for bringing together academic excellence, advanced practice and technological innovation, addressing the current demands of arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution in digital environments.

- Includes an intensive Mediation Bootcamp (January 19–24) with access to the ICFML International Certification – Level 1, recognized nationally and internationally, adding immediate value to professional development.

Structure and Duration
- The program awards 60 ECTS, is delivered fully online, and is spread over two semesters.
- Classes take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00/10:00 pm, and include around six Saturdays per semester.
- The course begins with an intensive week (ICFML Bootcamp), scheduled for January 19–24, 2026.
- The application deadline is January 5, 2026.
