The Commercial Arbitration Centre is pleased to invite the arbitral community and other interested parties to the doctoral thesis presentation entitled “Waiver of Fundamental Procedural Rights – The Particular Case of the Right to Apply for the Setting Aside of the Arbitral Award in International Arbitration”, by Professor Dr. Joana Galvão Teles, Member of the CAC Board.
The event will take place on 23 January 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Noble Hall of the CCIP.
